The Owners: Mark
& Lisa
Since
their
arrival in May 2007, Mark and Lisa have completely transformed Bay
Bodyfit Health & Fitness Centre. Their goal is to make your Bay
Bodyfit experience one you’ll never forget!
Mark has been
involved in the fitness industry for more than 14 years operating as
‘Body Blueprint Personal Training.’ He is one of the most sought after
and accomplished personal trainers in the country and has
helped hundreds of clients achieve their goals with specialised fitness
programmes.
Mark
has created
numerous personal training programmes. Two of the most popular include the Body Blueprint 12 Week Challenge and the 5
Week LEAN Programme.
These highly successful body transformation programmes
are currently underway at Bay Bodyfit. Mark is renowned for
providing a professional, quality service and is 100% committed to
helping you achieve your fitness goals.
Lisa
has lived in
Tauranga and at the Mount for as long as she can
remember! She is a hairdresser by trade and has always had an interest
in health and fitness. Having run her own business for a number
of years, Lisa combines her enthusiasm for fitness
with her
business experience. Lisa has completed a fitness education
programme to further advance her role at Bay Bodyfit.
Mark
is continuing to provide superior personal training services
and helping Bay Bodyfit members achieve the best possible results from
their
fitness programmes. Lisa's focus is on the day to day running
of the business.

Sara Sheets:
Customer Services/ Personal Trainer/ Group fitness instructor

Sara Sheets
Sara holds a Masters in Exercise
Science and a Bachelors in Biomechanics/Exercise Physiology. She is also a Les
Mills certified group fitness instructor. She has experience training with
many diverse populations ranging from young college students, to sedentary
adults, to senior citizens, to those with disabilities. Sara believes that her
purpose in life is to create life changing experiences for others through
exercise. She knows she can help anyone achieve their fitness goals.
Sara feels that her relationships
with her clients set her apart from many other fitness professionals in the
field. She takes a personal interest in each person she has the opportunity to
work with. Her goal is to not only to increase one’s adherence to an
exercise programme; but also to increase one’s overall quality of life and
well-being. Her focus is on the impact and the difference she can make in an

staunch ‘gym junkie’ for over 10 years and participates in group
fitness classes, resistance training & yoga. She is currently
undertaking a fitness course.
Sheryl

passion for outback tramping and she loves gardening.

support and encouragement to the members of Bay Bodyfit, helping them
to achieve all their health & fitness goals.

has been
involved in the fitness industry for over 18 years teaching group
fitness classes, coaching sports teams and has been an integral part of
the team at Bay Bodyfit.
Alfie
specializes
in sports specific programming, fat loss and weight management and is
100% dedicated to helping you achieve the best possible results from
your training.

Colin Stobie: Customer Services

Colin StobieColin has been involved in sport
and has had a personal interest in the fitness/lifestyle industry since his school
days. Having worked as an Outdoor Education Instructor for 10 years in Scotland, England
& America,
he gained a wide understanding of what it takes to reach your personal best.
Colin has competed in triathlons and mountain bike competitions, though now mainly
focuses on road cycling events.
Colin is committed to helping
others realize their fitness aspirations through knowledge, exercise and goal
setting. Colin is currently completing a fitness training course with an end
goal of being a personal trainer/coach. Colin looks forward to meeting you
through his involvement with the team at Bay Bodyfit.

Ngawai has
been a dedicated gym junkie since she joined the gym in 2005 and loves it with
a passion! Group fitness is where Ngawai thrives the most and she loves the
satisfaction of a good hard solid workout. Ngawai enjoys interacting with
the members and feeding off their energy as this inspires her to inspire
them.
Her aspirations
include broadening her repertoire of Les Mills programmes in her role as group
fitness manager.
Ngawai also
enjoys being active with her two boys and she hopes she can be a good
example of health and fitness to them as well as others.

Kaye
O’Neill has
had over 15yrs experience in the fitness industry.
She is an accomplished bodybuilder having won every major
title in
New Zealand including the Overalls at Nationals, Oceania and
Pan
Pacifics and placed 12th at the Worlds in 1997.
