1) I'm not very fit - can I still
sign up for the boot camp?
The
Bay Bodyfit boot camp caters for various levels of fitness. At your
initial consultation we will conduct a brief fitness test and provide
you with advice about exercise progression and ways to steadily
increase your fitness.

2) Where
is the boot camp held? What days and times? What if it's raining?
Participants
meet at the corner of Marine Parade and Tay St or at Mt Surf
Club (base of the Mount) at 6am every Mon, Wed
and Fri for 6 weeks. If weather conditions are not ideal your boot camp
instructor will contact you in advance to meet at Bay Bodyfit Health
and Fitness Centre for your session. Bay Bodyfit is located at 36a Mac
Donald St, Mt Maunganui (approx 2 mins drive from Tay St) See map here

3) Do you provide a nutrition
plan and/or nutritional advice?
Yes,
every participant receives a body transformation nutrition
plan
and nutritional advice to achieve the best possible results from
their boot camp(s)

4) How can
I measure my progress?
At
your initial assessment we'll provide you with starting measurements,
perform a 10 minute fitness test on the stationery bike, take
your blood pressure and set some specific goals for you to
achieve. (These goals are specific to you and might relate to weight
loss, girth measurements, increasing fitness etc)
At the end of the 4 weeks we'll perform these tests again to measure
your progress.

5) How much does it cost to
attend?
$249 for 18 x 1 hour boot camp sessions.

6) Is
it true that I receive a FREE 6 week membership to Bay Bodyfit? What
does this include?
Yes. You'll receive unlimited access to Bay Bodyfit and this includes
full use of the gym and FREE
group fitness classes

7) Is
there a payment instalment option?
Yes, if you prefer you can set up 3 fortnightly payments as follows:
$83 at least 3 days prior to the start date
$83 at week 2
$83 at week 4

8) What if
I can't attend all the sessions? / Do you have a refund policy?
Missed
sessions are non refundable and non transferable unless due to medical
reasons in which case a medical certificate should be provided.

What kind of exercises will I be doing?
The beauty of outdoor exercise is that we can provide you with a wide
variety of exercise options.
In addition
to bodyweight
exercises, outdoor props are often incorporated to introduce novel
exercise
variety. Props can include (but are not limited to) tyres, medicine
balls,
kettlebells, skipping ropes, cones and tubing.

11) Do I
need to sign a waiver form?
At your initial assessment you will complete a health and exercise
questionnaire and this includes a waiver form.
